Beginning in early May of 2008, guests of the Vail Cascade may experience some minor disruptions during their stay while renovations of the main pool deck and restaurant deck are underway. Air-conditioning is also being installed into the guest rooms so certain wings of the hotel will be out of service throughout the summer months. The hotel assures that it will make every effort to minimize construction noise and related disturbances. The second pool deck at Aria Spa will be operating as the main pool deck during these renovations.

Each of the 292 rooms and suites has been renovated to ensure guests the world class quality and service the Vail Cascade Resort and Spa is known for. All condominiums are within walking distance of the resort and are privately owned with floor plans that vary. Condominium guests are entitled to every hotel amenity, 20% off at Chap's, condo shuttle service with front door pick-up, and access to Aria Spa and Club.
